The Center for Sexual Health at Psychological Centers provides clinical services to individuals and couples coping with sexual dysfunction and other sexual and relationship problems. The Center also offers professional continuing education, clinical supervision, and other training opportunities to promote the delivery of high quality, evidence-based sex and relationship therapy services. Together with Psychological Centers staff and mental health professionals identified (or trained) as having relevant clinical expertise, the Center is building a network of collaborating providers from various relevant medical and behavioral specialties.

10/21, 9-12:15 (3 CE credits): Couples Therapy- Helping Couples Uncover Their Sexual Potential
The Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) program at URI plays a leadership role in Rhode Island in the area of sexuality consultation and treatment through its work with the Center for Sexual Health. The Center was Co-founded by Dr. James Campbell, former Vice-President of Psychological Centers, an AASECT certified sex therapist and supervisor, and Dr. Tiffani S. Kisler, assistant professor and CFT faculty member at URI, who serves as the Clinical Director for our Center.
Tiffani S. Kisler, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Rhode Island. Dr. Kisler teaches courses in Theories of Couple and Family Therapy, Human Sexuality, Sex Therapy, and Couple and Family Relationships for the Couple and Family Therapy graduate program. She has published, as well as presented at national and international conferences, on her clinical and research specialties which include sexual functioning, sex therapy techniques, sexual aggression, relational and sexual satisfaction, couple and family therapy training, and use of technology (i.e. sexting, texting, facebook, twitter) on sexual, relational and physical health.
